Book review: How full is your bucket?

In the beginning of year 2025, I decided that I should start reading more books. For this purpose, I visited my office library.

In our office a library we can borrow a book for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we have to return the book even if we have not finished reading it. Hence I decided to borrow a book which I can finish within 2 weeks. It should have been a small book which I can quickly read.

I pick up a book called "How full is your bucket?" By Tom Rath and Donanld Clifton
I have finished reading this book and this is my book.

The book focuses on positive aspects of life rather than the negative ones. The book refers to filling the persons mind (bucket) with positive thoughts (diper) to get better outcome.

The book also gives a certain case studies where the positive thoughts or positive interactions resulted in better outcomes. There are also stories where the person had negative experience or negative thoughts which led to decreased performance of that individual.

There are also a few tips for becoming a positive person; creating positive impact; small acts of positivity would have greater impact on someone's life or someone's perspective.

This is a good guide for any person who is facing challenges in their lives. This book will help anyone to have a positive approach towards life. I would highly a recommend this book to be a read by everyone irrespective of which stage of life they are at.

Overall rating: 8/10 (Great for quick read. Great for gifting to a friend, colleague, or relative).
