What to do

I haven't been keeping well this entire week. My entire routine got disturbed.

 Everyday I wake up at 7:30 in the morning. I go to office in the morning and I return at 7:30 in the evening. After returning home I do my routine exercise for 25 to 30 minutes. After the exercise either I read or I brought through my phone. Then around 9 o'clock I have my dinner. After dinner I make my bed and then again browse through my phone. At 11 o'clock I go to bed. 

As I am unwell in this week, I couldn't do any of these activities. I worked from home. I did not do my exercise routine. I was not in a mood to read or do something creative. I couldn't sleep well due to lack of activities. Whenever I am unwell, I feel bored which bothers me the most. 

But sometimes body needs rest. When the body demands rest, we should let it rest. Afterall, it is the only place where we will live forever.
